Also I have no idea how to correctly bonesmash. All I know is just do it everyday for a year and try not to hit a nerve
I’m trying to understand what actually improves bone density and bonemass at 17

I asked about tools because people throw around bonesmashing as advice, but I’m not trying to damage anything.

Legit methods only?

If you are bs your orbital or supraorbital region discontinue immediately
As a beginner you should first understand the correct methodology and underlying anatomy before attempting any form of mechanical stimulation In contrast the zygomatic region is more accessible and straightforward to target due to its structure
The same principle applies to the mandible and chin however ensure that you place a protective layer such as a cloth or towel inside the oral cavity to minimize risk of soft tissue injury

You recommend me that to increase my bonemass?
