What diet gives no acne, muscles, liver healthy and long
what our ancestors ate cause they never had these problems, we have research oif a womens family and there diet i MIGHT post a thread aboiut it but faceIQ made a vid about it tho

Our ancestors did live til 30 tho.

Of course there was other factors (modern medicine helps elongate lifespan) but it is something to note

Focus your diet around animal products. Add fruit for carbs based on your activity levels. The biggest thing is switching from processed bs to Whole Foods tbh

Easiest: Eat as much carbs and protein as you want but make sure you keep the fats as low as you can

are you natty? then high animal fat diet is essential to maintain natural test
do you train? then you should incorporate carbs before your training
animal based diet is great but also unrealistic for someone who trains as carbs will give you much better motor recruitment in the gym leading to more gains

I like taking a 85/15 approach of mostly animal foods, with some carbs like cereal or candy before the gym tbh
best thing to do is try different diets for 2-3 weeks and pay attention to how you feel, your energy, your libido, and how you train
ofc stay away from goy slop like fast food and shi
