okay i looked thru the ones about eyes and orbitals. thats my biggest drawback i assume. whats the difference between cantho-plasty and -pexy? they seem to give the same result, or am i missing something?

Canthopexy is just tightening and supporting the eye area, so it’s more subtle and less invasive. Canthoplasty actually cuts and repositions the corner of the eye, so it changes the shape more and is more invasive. They can look similar, but canthoplasty is a bigger structural change, while canthopexy is just support.
