i am a teenage boy, just to preface this.
so just to explain my situation, im around 5 foot 9, 190 pounds, i AM overweight. now i prefer not to say im fat, but it feels like it. i need to know, should i go on a full cut, slim down, the whole nine yards. or should i build tons of muscle and HOPEFULLY have that burn lots of fat. i think slimming down would make me look better, but with my family, it would be nearly impossible. i could easily just, i guess, dirty bulk. what should i do?
