Yes obviously starving yourself is “bad” if I’m stating the obvious, but what will it actually do to my body? Ik I sound vague I just don’t know how to get specific sorry

If you’re gonna starve max the benefits plateau at about 2.5 weeks and you start to just look anorexic. Also dont bother with ‘debloating’ below 13% body fat you’ll just look like a famine victimAside from how weak I might feel, is that even bad tho if I’m trying to get skinnier
