What can I do for skin moisturization as I do use lotion but it doesnt help give my skin that "shiny" look or glow and what can I do for skin color as I play sports outside and they have basically tanned me making me look darker than I am and idk how to reverse it.

For skin moisturisation you need hyaluronic acid, in a gel form would be the best option, Elizabeth Arden Hydragel is an excellent choice.

In terms of colouring I would highly recommend an SPF 50, maybe PA +++ if you are in the sun for vast periods of time, and along with that any cream/serum that contains high dosages of vitamin C
