Hello guys! So, a guy in my head always come up to me and speaks to me but nobody else can hear him. He always calls me ugly and make fun of my maxilla. Any looksmax to solve this?

Nuke the voices from the inside with a localized grenade till they are no longer there. However, this is an extreme hard max.
