My face is very narrow and feminine,
Should I go from bsso , wing osteotomy,
Zygomatic sandwich osteotomy, fat grafting , what should I do , I can't get all of them so tell me the ones that will cause dramatic change?

Yeah he also said he cant get them all so I was alr assuming theres a budget limit but bit of hustling then he could afford it prob
