I have slight mandible recession and not super prominent zygos. Previously, I tried to larp my way into getting MARPE to expand my maxilla (even tho its wide enough) so my cheekbones would look more prominent, and now I am trying to fix my lower jaw. I really need the Herbst appliance for this. How do I ask for it so the orthodontist won't ask extra questions or reject me just because I'm 16? Many orthos think that the Herbst doesn't work after ages 12 to 14, but they are wrong, and I know that I am the perfect candidate
