I did PRP+micro needling for 2times and costs me like $80 I don't really satisfied with the results. The only result I got is my face become white and got a better skin texture that's all my acne scar don't even fade away what should I do next? Should I take another PRP+micro needling section or just hope on accutane? I'm on accutane too but my dermatologist gave me 10mg
