nah the method is shampoo every other day at night, take showers at night before bed and in the morning, it helps ur hair becomes super healthy and curlierish

but ketoconazole shampoo works and some topical steroid stops the itch

yeah, i know how its like. I found that in my case the head and shoulders classic works very well for my hair and gives me zero dandruff, i also use it everyday and its not too harsh
