cheekbones barely have any variation in the set point. pretty much almost every male has "mid to high set" cheekbones.

you simply can't have low set cheekbones as the lateral zygomatic arch would have to physically be low, and that is a deformity.

what actually matters is the zygomaticomaxillary complex and the bone mass content, which in your case, is average at best.
