Depends how much you exert yourself throughout the day, if you do alot of physical activity you should be exhausted by the end of the day

no blue lights 1 hour before bed and you probally wont have nightmares take some magnesium and ashwagandha too

I cool my room down and use some melatonin read 10 min before bed and don't use your phone 1 hour before sleeping or get cope ass bluelight glasses

Yea there are a lot of bullshit ones out there I remember a tiktok video once that talked about bluelight Glasses like some of them don't work that good for some reason just took a bit into it or just don't use screens and read a hour
