Is it possible to get to MTN without surgery, and how to I avoid ruining my harmony. Also should a double jaw or rhinoplasty be done first. I think my front profile is bad but the main issue is the side which looks horrible.

What is my potential if I softmaxx and if I hardmaxx? I'm probably going to get a rhino and maybe double jaw.

You are recessed you can only fix that with surgery or orthodontics if you have a malloclusion

I don't think I can get one until I'm 18 if my mom finds out in doing looksmaxing she will just think I'm insecure.
denying medical healthcare is abuse. a marpe and a bamp will not do anything at 18 because your sutures will most likely be closed by then. just BEG your mom into booking you an orthodontist appointment and tell her you need braces and make up problems to complain about, say you get called names at school for your teeth, tell her you have trouble chewing food, whatever idk
if she still resists then i guess threaten to kill yourself if she denies you healthcare
after you get an appointment with your orthodontist dont yap about braces. explain to him that your palate is narrow and you have trouble resting your tongue and chewing, say your teeth are crowded and you need a marpe and BAMP . if hes hesitant then i guess tell him that you have sleep apnea
Well I just don't think an expansion will help because I don't think my plate is narrow my jaws are just recessed. Wouldn't surgery be a better option?
you need help NOW bro if your jaw is recessed then ask your orthodontist for a HERBST appliance . the sooner the better. dont wait til you're 18 to be treated like a human being
Bro my bite is already completely aligned that's the thing I don't have a malocclusion. I would need to get both the upper and lower jaw advanced I'm pretty sure idk tho.
I'm also already had braces and give a retainer.
