think about it
instead of using gh to get your igf1 z score to +2.0, what if you induced a pituitary tumour (or hyperplasia if you get lucky) and took some somatostatin analogue to get your igf1 z score down to +2.0, and profit

there is like a sub 1% risk that the tumour is actually malignant, in that case you've given yourself brain cancer and its over

how would you actually induce this? very simple, a ghrh analogue
i only know cjc so im just gonna talk about that
just mega mega dose it, dont worry about receptor desensitisation or any other nonsense, just induce that hyperplasia at any means necessary
now i said pituitary tumour because its fairly rare to just get the hyperplasia without the adenoma, but i believe thats because this occurs from naturally elevated ghrh rather than pharmacologically induced elevation, meaning theoretically we could induce the hyperplasia and then just stop. idk how you would check whether hyperplasia has occurred, but if you have a way to monitor it then you're basically set

inb4 someone actually does this, should be cheaper than gh tbh

i see people here say banded sleeping will make you grow past epiphyseal plate fusion (cough cough V virtuous1) so i automatically believe the guy who wants to give himself a brain tumor is serious
past epiphyseal fusion nah but when the plates are open traction forces are beneficial for bone growth so if you have the set up theres no reason to not do it

not controllable. pituitary adenomas are monoclonal neoplastic growths usually caused by genetic mutations in pituitary cells, they aren't reliably inducible by simply megadosing GHRH.
I mean, chronic GHRH exposure CAN cause somatotroph hyperplasia in animal models but in humans it doesn't always guarantee benign behavior and can cause perma pituitary damage

there is like a sub 1% risk that the tumour is actually malignant, in that case you've given yourself brain cancer and its over
even benign adenomas can Invade surrounding structures, compress optic nerves and cause permanent vision loss, cause hypogonadism, cause adrenal insufficiency, cause thyroid dysfunction, cause insipidus, cause pituitary apoplexy
took some somatostatin analogue to get your igf1 z score down to +2.0, and profit
somatostatin analogues dont perfectly cap at chosen IGF1 score. they have variable response rates. they cause gallstones, GI issues, glucose dysregulation. and sometimes just fuck up entirely

WAS THIS A FUCKING LARP FOR JFLS??? fucking waste im a homosexual now

We're giving ourselves voluntary brain cancer to ascend now?
whatever it takes

I get what ur thinking but you would js become acromeglic and die very early. Your organ would 1000% grow out of control, and cause cardio issues. It would also effect e2 ext

yea i was honestly thinking the somatostatin analogue would be enough to lower serum gh to a comfortable spot
btw i believe i found an actual way to prevent or reverse organ growth, no idea how safe it would be tho
