think about it
instead of using gh to get your igf1 z score to +2.0, what if you induced a pituitary tumour (or hyperplasia if you get lucky) and took some somatostatin analogue to get your igf1 z score down to +2.0, and profit
there is like a sub 1% risk that the tumour is actually malignant, in that case you've given yourself brain cancer and its over
how would you actually induce this? very simple, a ghrh analogue
i only know cjc so im just gonna talk about that
just mega mega dose it, dont worry about receptor desensitisation or any other nonsense, just induce that hyperplasia at any means necessary
now i said pituitary tumour because its fairly rare to just get the hyperplasia without the adenoma, but i believe thats because this occurs from naturally elevated ghrh rather than pharmacologically induced elevation, meaning theoretically we could induce the hyperplasia and then just stop. idk how you would check whether hyperplasia has occurred, but if you have a way to monitor it then you're basically set
inb4 someone actually does this, should be cheaper than gh tbh
