Well in the US, its 5'8-5'9 for men but in other countries that have good nutrition are way taller like the Netherlands for an example so if your over 6' your chilling

This is true my mom's arents are 5 5 and 5 9 she grew up on raw milk and got to 5 8
The opposite can also happen my dad's parents are both 5 10 his grandparents are 6 4 6 2 etc he grew up on a horrible diet and only got to 5 11
