But I would say u might genuinely need a trimax to fix ur jaw since its narrow and recessed, and a lateral commissuroplasty for mouth width

MARPE/mse is also an option for mouth width but it can increase the width of the nose and intercanthal distance. Rhinoplasty is a good idea though, you’ll need some grafting for a bit more projection as well but don’t have them overdo it since ethnically ur nose is supposed to be flatter.
