The only good thing I see is that your face seems symmetrical and your hair density
the fringe masks your upper third completely consider texturizing to give it intentional shape rather than letting it sit flat

Do neck curls, lean down to 10% although your bones are recessed so prolly it won't help much but still that's bare minimum

Consider double jaw surgery w genioplasty, + jaw angle implants for future
