What can I do with my eyebrows and upper eyelid? (1 Viewer)

My eyebrows look terrible right now, and one of the reasons is that one eyebrow is higher than the other. How can I fix this?
Also, why is my upper eyelid completely closed only in one eye? How can I fix this?

I know I have a terrible cantil
