Lower third definitely. Everything just bottom half of ur face. Your upper maxilla isn’t too bad. Nice pfl eye area and decent side. Lacking browridge and straighter nose

Lin00b had it just as bad and was able to make an amazing ascension. Surgical intervention needed. I’d recommend he starts off with a palate expander as he does have a peanut skull sort of which his lower third could possibly also expand along with. Severe lower third but he’s got good eyes
