Like in your personal experience what have you done to ascend and how long did it take etc... I want to become better but don't really what to start with first im already working on fixing my acne and going to the gym but I still have many flaws

4L is a lil better, because you need to flush out sudium, 3L would just maintain a stable soduim but then you will be a lil bloated

get under a knife and blast copious amounts of anabolic compounds

and most importantly, consume 500g of white sugar every night before u go to sleep

well I've got a half decent/good physique rn (TRYING to bulk) acne(working on it) recessed infras, my forward growth is quite bad, I'm not too tall I'm 6ft and I made another post asking ppl to rate me you can see my face there if you'd like
