you can use mk677 20-30mg per day, at night
if you're a brokecel ( unless you're tryna leanmaxx)

test alone is good enough for acceptable results so long as you are doing enough. would still need pct and an ai on hand to not fuck shit up too bad at your age.
you should start mid-late puberty, different for most, too early cause more issues which are easily preventable with other compounds but would add more to the total cost.

expect $200 or so minimum for a proper cycle, tanner 4 is a good place to start to not worry too much about issues which could arise
