haven't looked forward to a new year so much in a long time, prolly cuz im on week 2 of being on roids but still bro only way you can truly be unhappy this year is if you are complacent and don't take risks. make some money, mog, have quality relationships, and just live the way you want brah, only got one life need to make this mf count

Well good luck, hope you make some nice gains
thanks bro ive been lifting since 15 and i've won some regional powerlifting meets so i thought i was close to natty potential. Big reason i hopped on was just cuz natty lifting is so boring after you get close to natty potential. Gains are so slow and gym becomes like a chore. I love fitness and just want to enjoy gym again plus there is obviously other benefits with test

is creatine a scam? and can i take with roids?
creatine is not a scam but its not crazy or anything. Lot of peer reviewed studies say expect 2-3lb of lean mass extra a year which doesn't sound like a lot but honestly is. Plus the cognition benefits are nice too.

Definitely. This year has a light vibe to it. 2025 was a universal year 9, which represents the end of a cycle and the start of a fresh one in numerology. It's like a weight has been lifted off our shoulders. Curiously, I don't feel much pressurred to ascend and do the things I want, as something tells me it's more possible to happen now than ever before. 2026 will be a game-changer for us.
