Why is the voicepill so brutal?
When we look at our voices, we clearly see that it's important to evaluate that most girls don't want a squeaky underdeveloped femboy. They want a masculine man. Let's take Jon-Erik Hexum and Hernán Drago. Facially Drago mogs, blablabla. When we dig deeper overall Jon-Erik Hexum mogs him in his voice, his voice is deepening, masculine, and overly more desirable by women.
What makes a deep, masculine voice?
A deep, masculine voice isn’t just about having a low pitch it’s the combination of a lower fundamental frequency (typically under 110 Hz), strong chest resonance that gives the sound fullness, low formant frequencies that make the voice feel heavy and rich, and a timbre with harmonic depth makes all of this simulate deep voices. Masculine voices also tend to use slower, more controlled pacing, avoid excessive upward inflections, and let pauses and vibrations resonate, creating an impression of confidence and authority. While pitch is largely set by vocal fold thickness and larynx size (shaped by testosterone during puberty), resonance, timbre, and delivery can be trained to make almost any voice sound deeper and more commanding. however we aren't hear for bs exercises you can work on alone. This is how to really maximize your voice.
TESTOSTERONE
Testosterone makes your voice deeper by causing your vocal folds (the bands of muscle and tissue in your larynx) to grow longer, thicker, and stiffer, which lowers the rate at which they vibrate and thus reduces your voice’s pitch. It also enlarges the larynx and changes the shape of your vocal tract, increasing resonance and giving your voice a richer, fuller quality. These structural changes happen mainly during puberty but can still have some effect in adults with increased testosterone levels. Once these changes occur, the deeper voice becomes permanent because the vocal anatomy is physically altered.
How do I Increase testosterone?
To increase testosterone for a deeper voice, you can focus on natural methods like regular strength training with heavy lifts, getting 7–9 hours of quality sleep, eating a balanced diet rich in protein, healthy fats, zinc, and vitamin D, managing stress to lower cortisol levels, maintaining healthy body fat, limiting alcohol, and avoiding smoking. These lifestyle changes help optimize your natural testosterone but usually cause only modest voice changes in adults since most vocal deepening happens during puberty. For more significant effects, testosterone therapy (TRT) can raise testosterone levels and deepen the voice by thickening and lengthening vocal folds, but it carries risks like any steroid and you have to monitor you dosage carefully.
Is testosterone the only way?
No, androgenic substances like testosterone and other anabolic-androgenic steroids (AAS) make the voice deeper by promoting growth and thickening of the vocal folds and enlargement of the larynx. This structural change lowers the pitch permanently. Besides testosterone, some other androgenic compounds such as dihydrotestosterone (DHT) or synthetic anabolic steroids can have similar effects on the voice, but they carry similar or higher risks.
