I thought my mom had thrown them out but when looking through my unpacked luggage I found them in my timberlands. I have added them to my Nike's to make 3.5 inch lifts.



The lifts by themselves (2.5 Inch, Toilet paper for scale.)



Nike's with the lifts added (Thumb is where it stops, 3.5 Inch in total.)

The Nike's are high tops so it covers my heel and has more space for lifts.

really should get some high top shoes i think im gonna try putting my lifts in my boots once it starts snowing and then adding some more to increase height(botts should have space+they have a thick sole)
