i used to have premature ejaculation and i cured it. it all boils down to your pelvic floor muscles
mine were ridiculously tight so for years i could not last longer than maybe a minute. 10 seconds sometimes.
i had to do the opposite of kegels to fix this basically. since you have the opposite problem, you need to do kegels.
not to say i last forever now, but my dick works normally. i can have sex for like a half hour sometimes, other times it's only like 5 minutes, that happens with everyone
