Everyone does masseter botox to slim the face by relaxing the muscles, but why not a filler combo right after in order to elongate your jaw vertically, in turn changing your entire FWHR height?
In short, if your jaw is deficient when it comes to the ramus, slimming botox can make the entire lower third appear even less developed. But this is exactly what we want, applying filler you can easily manipulate the visual perception of your ramus structure and in turn making the lower third appear taller, and more structured to your liking.
Alternative: Custom wrap around or angle implant placed only on the posterior ramus (higher cost).
Outcome: You achieve 6-8mm+ perceived ramus/overall vertical jaw height enhancement, natural looking, while increasing your dimorphism.
Quick Info:
At most this will cost you $100, and that's on the higher end. I have several filler threads I've written including a step by step guide pinned on my profile page. (dm for free sourcing)
No, I have never experimented with this specific combination, but I have performed my own filler and botox countless times.
Would surgery be more ideal? Of course, but I highly doubt the majority of the youth here is remotely capable of making that happen. Do what you can for now, and save up for a more permanent solution.

How this would work:
1. Inject botox or dysport into the masseter muscles on both sides (30-40 units per side depending on bulk).
2. Muscle relaxes, and hypertrophy becomes reversed.
3. After 3-4 weeks full slimming is complete, masseters are not active anymore.
4. Using thick filler also known as high g' prime, inject straight onto the posterior ramus which is the back edge of the jaw bone, near to your ear.
5. Results.
