Implants should contribute on helping you. Increasing sleep will also allow increased bloodflow to your eyes and make you appear better

It’s temporary, but not permanent. You have to use the creams Indefiently

You can do tear through fillers or surgical correction. Surgical route only takes 1-2 weeks to heal from.

ik pictures are ass so you cant really tell but which one do you think would be best for my situation? In better lighting I can see my veins through the skin under my eyes so I think the skin is quiet thin if that helps your assesment

Hey man, based on the pics and what you're describing, the issue here is definitely more structural. The other guy is right that sleep helps with temporary blood pooling, but the darkness you're seeing is mostly a shadow. It happens when there's a lack of volume in the tear trough combined with thin skin that lets the blood vessels underneath show through.


Tier 1: Softmaxxing & Skincare (Mild Results)

These won't magically build bone or fat, but they optimize the skin quality so the contrast isn't as harsh.

Caffeine Serums - Acts as a vasoconstrictor to shrink the blood vessels under the eyes, which tones down that blue/purple tint

Retinoids (Tretinoin/Retinol) - Over time, this builds collagen and literally thickens the skin, acting like a better shield over those dark vessels (just be super careful and use a thick moisturizer so you don't fry your skin barrier)

Hydration & Sleep - Sounds basic, but dehydration sinks the skin further, and bad sleep causes blood to pool in your face, making the darkness way worse

Volufiline - A popular topical some guys use to try and stimulate localized fat growth - the science is heavily debated, but some swear it gives them a bit of plumping under the eyes if they are consistent

Tier 2: Injectables (Medium Risk, Real Fixes)

Tier 3: Hardmaxxing (Permanent Fixes)
