Basically, I have some of the worst genetically determined under-eye features imaginable.
I have a negative orbital vector and very little fat under my eyes, which results in poor under-eye support and a bad under-eye area overall.
To make it worse, I also have fine lines, my under-eyes are somewhat dark, and my lower eyelids aren’t straight they look a bit saggy. So I basically have a mix of these two issues.

Until I get a fat graft transplant in my under-eyes and custom saddle infraorbital implants, should I try PDO threads in my under-eyes, or are fillers better? Or should I do nothing for now? If I do choose a temporary option, what kind of results should I expect, and which issues would it actually improve?

Eye exercises along side eyebrow training and you’ll be fine
