mirin. Ive been on and off calorie deficits because im still in puberty i have the fear i wont grow if i do go on one any tips?
stay above 12% bf at least and a few inches of height will always be worth having acne for a couple years or being bloated while in puberty, also work out and stay active if your low bf. i’m naturally around 10% bf while eating ~4000kcal per day, luckily i have good metabolism genes but im 6’3 because i eat so much

Mirin. I've been wanting to buy vitamins cause I think I can still grow and have been going gym and sleeping good. I never thought to buy them until recently. Do you recomend any brands for the vitamins? (Not sure if I can ask this).
just go to cvs and don’t buy the cheapest ones, also if you haven’t grown in 2-3 years and your above 18 odds are you don’t have much to grow, if your above 20 it’s definitely over height wise

yo ive been trying to lose weight and have a bit but ive grew like 5 cm in the time period i tried to lose weight if you are a healthy weight just maintain or you can go to a calorie surplus to were its peak for height growth but if you are overweight even slighty i recommend to use myfitnesspal and track your calories till you reach a nice healthy weight dont do anything big like a deficit of -1000 calories just around 200-500 max deficit but if your healthy just dont do a deficit till your done growing then you can raise the deficit to 700 and max 900
