This guide will show you how easily it is
to mistreat your child, to ignore them and to
allow them to develop recessed, small, weak
and unfit overall. However, it'll also
depict the ways you can turn a
child into a (super)model.

If you are to ever have
children in the future, keep this entire guide
in mind. Allow your child to nurture, to grow
properly (facially and in terms of height). You have
no right to deprive them of health, correct
facial structure, or proper nutrition.

EMOTIONS

Research has shown that during pregnancy, the unborn
feels exactly what you feel, and with precisely the
equivalent intensity as the mother. Thus we can infer that
if the mother is stressed out (spiked cortisol)
or if the mother is crying, the baby feels the emotion
as if it's their own.

During the gestation period, the baby is preparing
themselves for the life beyond the mother's womb.

They are able to do this by interpreting the messages the
mother is sending throughout the pregnancy duration.
A study from the University of California-Irvine found
that the emotional state of a mother influences
the development of their baby.

However, the baby is contantly receiving
chemical, hormonal signals through the placenta. If
the mother is suffering (severe) depression,
the baby is feeling this exactly.

Depression in pregnant mothers
can lead to neurological problems
and psychiatric issues in your child. Older
children whose mothers suffered from
anxiety during pregnancy have
certain differences in their brain structure.

Conclusion: The mother's emotional state
affects the baby's (emotional) development for
a significant portion of their life, before and
after birth.
STILL-FACE EXPERIMENT

The still face experiment was
an experiment carried out to display
how a mother who lacks any care/emotion
for her child or doesn't make an attempt to play
with her child is then stressing her child out.

MOOD SWINGS

According to research, mood swings
affect the baby the most - imbalances like
constant short bursts of happiness, followed quickly
by negative emotions.

Additionally, if you don't want
the pregnancy, the baby is very likely
also feel that rejection.

YERKES-DODSON LAW

The Goldilocks principle (called the Yerkes-Dodson law, in psychology) seems to be true in pregnancy, too.
“The human brain requires sufficient, but not overwhelming, stress to promote optimal neural development both before and after birth,”
writes researcher Janet DiPietro of Johns Hopkins University.

Screenshot 2025-11-16 at 09.16.35.png

Does that mean that women should welcome stress in order to boost their fetus’ development?

Absolutely not. According to DiPietro, the normal stresses of modern life are enough already. “The last thing a new mom needs is to head into newborn baby care stressed and exhausted.” In other words, healthy women leading reasonably normal lives can “stop worrying about worrying.”

MEWING
The concept of mewing was first introduced by Dr. John Mew and his son, Dr. Mike Mew, orthodontists from the UK.
They have published several books on mewing, including "The Cause and Cure of Malocclusion"
and "The Suppression of Orthotropics," which provide an overview of the principles and practices
of mewing and how it can be used to improve the overall shape and alignment of the face and jawline.

The first step is to encourage correct tongue posture early on and throughout development.
This can be done by reminding children to keep their tongues on the roof of their mouths,
especially when they are not speaking or eating.

Mewing is not something new, it is the natural form
of swallowing and tongue resting. It is only inhibited when
the child uses cutlery to eat - it isn't proven
that mewing is inhibited through cutlery, but
why take the risk? I recommend heavily to just
give your child the food by hand and allow them to
rip it apart with their teeth.

BREASTFEEDING

How it works ;

Although the nutrient stores you have laid down during pregnancy will mean that your milk is
nutritious and balanced for all of your baby’s needs, there is evidence that some nutrients will be influenced by your own diet.
For instance, the proportion of different fatty acids, some vitamins and elements such as selenium
and iodine vary according to levels in your own diet. In summary, the mother
should not be consuming any junk goyslop
whatsoever. It's a no go - the mother should not be destroying
her health as well as her babies because she wants to indulge
in processed bullshit.

Planting kisses (mother only) all over your baby will also help to boost their immune system.
When you kiss your baby, you are sampling the pathogens on her skin which are then transferred to your lymphatic system where
you will produce antibodies to any bugs. These antibodies will then pass through your breast milk to your baby
and boost their immune system.

2 YEARS

Breastfeeding beyond the first year is considered extended breastfeeding.
Although the term ‘extended breastfeeding’ makes it seem as if it is something out of the norm, it is biologically normal.
In fact, in many cultures, many people breastfeed for two or three years or longer.
Why would you stop breastfeeding early if the mother can provide
nutrients that alter themselves to your
child's precise needs to your child for up to 2 years, sometimes
even 3?

THE BENEFITS

- Protection from disease and illness for both the parent and the baby.
- Breastmilk continues to have nutritional value for your baby and will continue to change to meet their growing needs.
- During times of illness, the parent will produce specific antibodies to help protect their baby.
- Breastfeeding continues to be a bonding time and an easy way to soothe an upset baby/toddler.

After the 2, maybe 3 years of breastfeeding,
the child needs to be transitioned fully to solid foods.
I believe the child should be breastfeed up to 1-1.5 years,
then moved over to less liquid-y food to solid foods.
FOOD

Calcium;
Aids in the development and density
of the bones and allows the teeth to
grow stronger. The human body is unable
to produce calcium, therefore it is essential
you give a child high quality
cow milk (such as Jersey or Friesian)
Found in cheese, milk, and greek yoghurt.
Vitamin D;

Vital for calcium absorption.
Found in safe sun exposure with sunscreen, eggs,
and salmon/sardines.
Protein ;
Required for muscle, bone and tissue development
(including facial muscles).
Found in eggs, chicken/turkey/fish, greek yoghurt,
nut butters (nothing too salty or processed/as natural
as possible), and beans.
Vitamin C;
Supports collagen formation and
connective tissues.
Found in strawberries, oranges/clemetines,
tomatoes, bell peppers and kiwi.
Minerals;
Magnesium, zinc, and phosphorus
help with overall bone formation.
Found in whole grains, seeds and nuts, beans,
meat and dairy.

NOTE; the child's diet should
not consist heavily of processed foods whatsoever.
For a child to grow beautifully, it must
eat mainly meat, with no seasonings, dairy, and fruit.
A diet that consists of mostly smoothies, pouches, yoghurts,
and soft carbs will not encourage proper jaw growth.
Food like that should be used extremely sparingly.

Ideal meals throughout a day:

Breakfast: White runny eggs made in
unsalted raw butter and cut up strawberries.

Snack: Tough chunks of any meat.

Lunch: Blocks of cheese and a glass of high
quality milk.

Dinner: Tough steak, pieces of salmon, water,
and fruit that isn't cut up (only skinned).

Before bed: High quality milk

Wanted to present what meals should
look like throughout the lives of a child,
because diet plays a major role in their
development overall.
