For guys, things that work are basic softmaxxing (getting lean, getting good skin, optimizing colouring, hair etc), abusing hormones, and surgeries.

For you it's the same except the roiding is out of the equation. Just maximize your looks as much as possible naturally and then get surgeries for your major failos if you really need them that's all you can do

Looksmaxxing is just basic softmaxxing roids and surgeries there's nothing else to it really
