i can get test and letrozole 2.5mg a week what should be my weekly dosage per week if i wanna keep my estrogen low enough for growth plates

If you want trt take 100mg but if you want to cycle take 500, you would have to get bloodwork for estrogen tho

Well bloodwork isn't weekly, depends on the dose. If you take a trt dose of 100mg it wont magically grow your bones and make you look like a gorilla. A trt dose will give you lots of benefits just not crazy if thats what you're taking. (No bloodwork needed, also dont bother with an AI if you're on a low dose)

500mg on the other hand, preferably get bloodwork before your cycle, after 3 months then every 6-8 weeks, if you cant do that just get bloodwork every 3 or 4 months. The day of the week doesnt matter (its not like its weekly)
