if i was you i would consider low dose isotretinoin, but if the topical version is working for u then go for it, but you could also benefits from 10mg isotretinoin, as your acne is pretty mild.

yea im thinking abt it i might but im just stay on this for like another month or two and if it works then ima just keep using it
