if i was you i would consider low dose isotretinoin, but if the topical version is working for u then go for it, but you could also benefits from 10mg isotretinoin, as your acne is pretty mild.

I got the exact same thing as you except, on my forehead and chin area slightly rather than all over, ive had this issue for almost a year and would you recommend it? ive tried oil skin and acne skin cleansers but nothing avail.. was thinking of doing adapalene not quite sure.. plus, were you prescribed this or bought it off somewhere?

you have to go to a derm and they will give it to you you can ask for it but its always their first option
