I don't understand what the sphenoid bone has to do with the trapezius muscle. Can you explain it?
Yes it takes a part but in ur Case its because of the Scoliose .
How scoliosis affects the trapezius
Scoliosis is a three-dimensional spinal curvature (side-bending + rotation). Because of this:
One shoulder often sits higher than the oth
The upper trapezius on the elevated side is usually overactive and tighter
The opposite trapezius may be lengthened and weaker
Head and neck position adapt, increasing asymmetrical muscle tone.
Get it?

How can I fix this? If I activate the weaker side, can it become equal?
