It's not bs. You're just a IQlet if you classify one of the most studied supplements for cortisol as "cope" lol, not everything needs to be injectedYou always ruin my threads with your bs
I'd love to hear your constructive take on why it's such a bad thing?BAHAHAHHA ASHWAHAGNDA FOR CORTIDDLSOLLL HLLLLYYYYY HIGIJIHIH YHAATAGSGDHDHSH UR SO FUNNY
Can't microneedling drive the tretinoin deeper than intended?hide Stupid ahhh nigga u microneedling is very good regadless of what product u use + using 0.5-1mm micro needle is pretty big it will cause bleeding.
I highly doubt this is actually usefull, just microneedling with something else like tretinion is 100x better, but company's dont make money off that.
And wth are the chuds on this forum even saying bro there soo grey holy freak
No bro wtf its only 0-1mmCan't microneedling drive the tretinoin deeper than intended?
Still waiting btwI'd love to hear your constructive take on why it's such a bad thing?
keep waiting abused dogStill waiting btw
Bro do you even see what ur seeing, ur actually asking me why ashwhaghanda is a shitty supplementStill waiting btw
Because ashwagandha doesn't decrease cortisol by 15-30% in RCTs right? and it's actually just all cope.Bro do you even see what ur seeing, ur actually asking me why ashwhaghanda is a shitty supplementIm starting to think this guy is actually as dumb as he seemed I truely thought he was just trolling at first hand

I originally started it because I had horrendous acne scars, been doing it for so long now even though I don't see much imperfections anymore I still do it.Why do you microneedel? against scars?
Well even if it's only 1mm thats basically the same thickness as your facial skin in some areas so even 0.25 can go pretty deep into the dermis, tretinoin is supposed to work in the epidermis. So i don't understand how using microneedling is supposed to make tretinoin any more effective. No bro wtf its only 0-1mm
You are right for one timeBecause ashwagandha doesn't decrease cortisol by 15-30% in RCTs right? and it's actually just all cope.![]()
Well he actually is still wrong because cortisol fluctuates so dramaticly every day and so many factors determine this, the study's that ''tend to prove this'' are all not correctly interperted by people reading them and the once that have study's comparing control group AND placebo group have no significant diffrenceYou are right for one time
No nigga he said: Because ashwagandha doesn't decrease cortisol by 15-30%Well he actually is still wrong because cortisol fluctuates so dramaticly every day and so many factors determine this, the study's that ''tend to prove this'' are all not correctly interperted by people reading them and the once that have study's comparing control group AND placebo group have no significant diffrence
So he's wrong again ofcrouse bc he is a retard
ever heard of speed? it doesn't increase its effectiveness per se, but it definitely makes the process quicker, its simpleWell even if it's only 1mm thats basically the same thickness as your facial skin in some areas so even 0.25 can go pretty deep into the dermis, tretinoin is supposed to work in the epidermis. You would be perfect for .is nglJesus christ you're the most retarded person ever
Yes it does fluctuate dramatically, as why the studys aren't 7 days long... Are you familiar with the "mean" concept? averages and such.Well he actually is still wrong because cortisol fluctuates so dramaticly every day and so many factors determine this, the study's that ''tend to prove this'' are all not correctly interperted by people reading them and the once that have study's comparing control group AND placebo group have no significant diffrence

Don't be condescending bro, i'm sure microneedling can be effective in ways, but i'm almost 100% sure that microneedling won't increase the effectiveness of tretinoin. By microneedling you literally make the tretinoin BYPASS the areas it's supposed to work in. You won't increase either the speed or effectiveness by pushing it deeper into the skin. It's lipophilic so it doesn't need help bypassing the skin barrier.ever heard of speed? it doesn't increase its effectiveness per se, but it definitely makes the process quicker, its simple
will tretinoin work quicker with closed barriers or with hundreds of little holes in your face? think about it kiddo
