hide Stupid ahhh nigga u microneedling is very good regadless of what product u use + using 0.5-1mm micro needle is pretty big it will cause bleeding.

I highly doubt this is actually usefull, just microneedling with something else like tretinion is 100x better, but company's dont make money off that.

I originally started it because I had horrendous acne scars, been doing it for so long now even though I don't see much imperfections anymore I still do it.

I agree with you taking accutane, personally though I never needed it, all i did was microneedle and use prescription grade skincare which is expensive as fuck, and now my skin is impeccable.

I do microneedling every month because it genuinely allows me to go on benders, crash dieting, and doing stupid fun shit without sacrificing my skin, it keeps it in check if you know what I mean, all I need is microneedling and 1 week of detox.

Well even if it's only 1mm thats basically the same thickness as your facial skin in some areas so even 0.25 can go pretty deep into the dermis, tretinoin is supposed to work in the epidermis. So i don't understand how using microneedling is supposed to make tretinoin any more effective.

Yes it does fluctuate dramatically, as why the studys aren't 7 days long... Are you familiar with the "mean" concept? averages and such.
I've forgeten the original details but there were some guidelines in place to minimise dramatic fluctuation iirc.
And i agree studys are commonly misunderstood, but ashwagandha is one of the expectations. It's positive effects are well researched, it's ignorant to call it "cope".

It's lipophilic so it doesn't need help bypassing the skin barrier.
