Ill go first, here's my top 5 LIFE CHANGING surgeries by yayatourer
#5 LL Leg Lengthening Surgery: Incredibly painful but you will height-mog. A lot of misconceptions such as people thinking that the length increase occurs right after surgery, (Its a gradual process that lengthens overtime.) Recovery is a pain in the ass but if your not doing whatever it takes, do you even deserve to be the best?
#4 Custom implants: Any type (chin, zygomatic, infraorbital etc.) this can alter the shape of your skull. (Don't overdue and become uncanny though)
#3 Orbital Decompression: Removes bone from back eye socket to make eye sit further back in the skull. Helps with bulging eyes.
#2 Trimax: Repositions mandible and maxilla, and repositioning the hard palate. Recovery is intense
#1 Lefort III: Basically going to rework your entire midface forward by separating it from the rest of the skull. Fixes alot of issues like maxillary recession, infraorbital recession, weak zygos. While this is really risky, it can be a last resort for anyone with a face with no good features. Only for people with crazy deformities in their face.
