Marpe can slightly increase ipd. im not sure about lips but it could theoretically widen lips too idk. the best bet for both of those are to get an OBO for the ipd and lateral commissuroplasty for the widening of lips (this one is cheap just go to another country to get it done and then go to vacation in that country so u dont waste ur flight ticket)

OBO is really the only way you can go for ipd if you want permanent change, you can fraud your ipd with glasses though

MARPE has effects on widening ipd and esr it will also make upper lip wider aswell

I’d say OBO but zero chance you are ever gonna get it done, just go for a comisuroplasty and MSE, it won’t give you results like OBO but you can try.
