Lower the tazarotene to 0.5, do it consistently since the best results happen that, choosing to it once/twice a week isnt enough signaling for the skin to adapt and strengthen. when it comes to retinoids, consistency beats strength 10 times out of 10
Throw in systemic glutithione as it does what people think GHK should do but better mechanistically, and plus it works synergistically with vitamin C .
Iso trent is the most thrown thing in everyone routine I dont understand, n can actually be worse if your not someone with acne, not becuase of sides but because 5mg isnt enough for permanent sebaceou gland remodeling. at best you might get temporary results with it.
1-2 IU of HGH will be good as well as before bed which can enhance sleep, consistent 8 hour sleep has more anti aging benifits than everything in this list.

The only good thing on this list was micro needle and Dutastride which will be doing the heavy lifting paired with sun screen and tazarotene
if you are going to use GHK, jus do topical after micro needle sessions thats it.
