Just pin KLOW instead, makes it simpler. However, it seems decent. And for epi, isn't it 20 days x2 a year?

i did meant mcg, my dumbass didn't realize, chose 5 cause i think its safer for very long term use, but you are probably right, yes, fucked on epi too, i meant 20 days x2 a year.

take klow instead of taking its individual ingredients like the other guy said, and consider adding rapamycin and 17a estradiol
might be able to get away with lowering dutasteride a little bit since 17a estradiol acts as a weak 5ari

you dont want to nuke sebaceous glands for anti aging either, so tret is likely better for this
all you would really need in an anti aging stack assuming you dont have acne is rapamycin, epitalon, 17a estradiol, tret, and maybe fin or dut
isotret only if you have extremely oily skin that makes it past tret. vitamin c if you really want but i think its unnecessary, and supplementation is completely unnecessary unless you have a deficiency

its non feminising because its around 100x weaker than the normal estradiol we're used to 17b estradiol
