I mean, that’s not really something unique or impressive. Pretty much everyone, at some point in childhood, has those kinds of “philosophical” thoughts. When you’re a kid, you question everything around you—existence, time, reality, all of it.

The difference is that some people frame it later as something exceptional, when in reality it’s just a normal stage of cognitive development. Knowing or recognizing those concepts doesn’t make someone inherently more intelligent, it just means they’re describing something most people went through.

It’s basically taking a universal experience and presenting it as if it were rare or extraordinary.
