Yes orka did precautions before doing filler but at least 50% of the people who do it are not going to do all the precautions or be able to effectively deal with the sides like filler migration. and lets say you do diy filler and fuck up bad, you inject a bit more into one side then the other. now ur asymmetric until you can get more filler as opposed to the medial canthus which you can just cut more to even out.

well.. we did literally interact 2 minutes ago on his post. Regardless, like i said before, sure if you cut carefully there will be no risks, you can say the same about a lot of things, if you do DIY injections carefully there will ALSO be no negative effects

well yeah thats literally the point i was making... thats why the risks more often than not outweight the benefits for something like medial cutting... thats why i was arguing DIY injections are somewhat safer because they are for the most part reversable

cutting your medial canthus isn't just stupid because of the negligible risk factor, but it just doesn't get proper results unless you're doing it daily

Filler is standard, people DIY it all the time, and it's not risky by any means, and if something does go wrong, it's reversible

if you cut into a wrong area, or do get an infection, then you need to go through a ton of medical shit to get that fixed, whereas with filler you just dissolve it

Migration is a meme, infections aren't, and this post makes absolutely no sense.
