it doesnt affect during puberty a lot, its a myth and a misinterpretation of a study

from prior experience i can tell you you'll have dry skin but thats a small price to pay

Getting a perscription at 14-15 can be a bit problematic perhaps they'll probably try perscribing you tretinoin first, but if you say you have tried it before and it didn't work well u should be good. Or you can convince your parents to just order it for you online or do it yourself if you can
IS tretinoin good and is it the same mechanism as accutane ??
It is good for your skin and reduces acne by quite a lot, not compareable to accutane in terms of effectiveness though
no, tret works topical, isotretinoin is way more potent and goes systemic, also it affects way more and way more potent on the RXR and RAR receptors and affects the gene expression and deepest layers of the skin, isotretinoin is oral, and nukes oil production completly.
