Now this is my second thread,unlike the last one we will keep this short.
So everyone knows mTORC1 is one of the main pathways in growth,and no matter what you’ll never proliferate cells with it. mTOR is mainly stimulated from nutrients and hormones, mainly a nutrient wise in the term of amino acids and especially L-Leucine. Now if you checked my last thread,you’ll find in my opinion the best stack to ascend and manipulate every growth pathway and this way your hormones will constantly be eleveated.
If your hormones are elevated then you would have no worry in that,we’re gonna be looking at this nutritionally. In order mTOR to be activated and unregulated,you must consume a meal with at least 30-40g of protein in this range and ideally from an animal source with majority being leucine content. Split your meals even more,go from 3-4 large meals a day to 5-6 smaller-medium ones and your nutrient partitioning will be better due the fact your body has less nutrient competition for absorbtion and utilization.
Now this is a simple act,but too much proteins and nutrients at once especially with micronutrient rich food such as red meat for example will cause nutrient competition. Between calcium and iron there’s competition,vitamin A and D have competition and many more. Reducing portion size will lower the competition and enhance protein absorbtion. Trenbolone directly influences nutrient partitioning to a large degree,meaning you could care less about this but doing this well help you stay anabolic the whole day and your growth in any tissue will be enhanced.
