DEBLOATING 101

INTRODUCTION
Debloating has to be one of the most important parts of looksmaxxing; however, not a lot of people get it right. You'll see guys saying they are deep into looksmaxxing and give you advice, but they walk around with a puffy fat face. If bloating was just "cut salt" and "drink water", everyone would have hollow cheeks, more defined jawline, and a lean face. But no. There is more than just that.

POTASSIUM
If your face is bloated, you are most likely eating more sodium and less potassium. Due to this, your body holds water everywhere it shouldn't— mainly your face. Potassium fixes that by taking out sodium that is in your cells and flushing out extra water.

STEP 1: STOP EATING TOO MUCH SODIUM
If your diet is:
1. Processed Foods
2. Fast Foods
3. Packaged Snacks

You have too much sodium and less potassium. You don't necessarily debloat from having zero sugar and a bunch of potassium. You really debloat by balancing the two.

STEP 2: HIT POTASSIUM DAILY
You want atleast 3000mg/day. The best foods for this is:
1. Potatoes (especially baked, skin on)
2. Sweet potatoes
3. Avocado
4. Bananas
5. Spinach
6. Beans
7. Coconut water

STEP 3: TAKE SUPPLEMENTS
1. Potassium (obviously)
2. Magnesium

Please take the needed dosage on the bottle. Don't try to take a shitload of them.

HIIT WORKOUT
If your body (or face) stays bloated, you likely have poor circulation, slow digestion, and weak insulin sensitivity. This causes water and inflammation to stick around longer than it should—especially in the face and stomach. HIIT fixes this by forcing fluid movement, improving carb handling, and speeding digestion.

STEP 1: DO HIIT (NOT REGULAR CARDIO)
Walking is fine. Jogging is fine.
But HIIT is what actually debloats.

HIIT forces:
1. Lymphatic drainage
2. Water release
3. Faster digestion

Long slow cardio does not do this as effectively.

STEP 2: KEEP IT SHORT AND INTENSE
HIIT is not 30–45 minutes.

You want:
1. 15-20 minutes
2. 3 times a week

If you’re doing HIIT every day or for too long, you’ll raise stress hormones and hold MORE water.

STEP 3: USE THE RIGHT MOVEMENTS
Pick 4-5 of these:
1. Burpees
2. High knees
3. Jump squats
4. Mountain climbers
5. Sprints (outside or treadmill)
6. Jump rope

Format:
30 seconds all out
30–60 seconds rest
Repeat 2–3 rounds

If you’re not breathing hard, you’re doing it wrong.

OTHERS
Here are some extra and quick ways you can debloat.

COLD COMPRESS:
You can debloat quicker by laying a cold and wet towel on your face for a minute. However, you might want to avoid this if you have sensitive skin.

GUASHA:

This is used to drain liquid in your face by force. Use this twice a day. In the morning after you wake up and at night before bed.

REMEMBER THAT THE QUICKER THE RESULTS, THE FASTER IT WILL GO AWAY.
