Thread's Song
listen to this, this is actually gem.
slowed version:
Disclaimer
This can very dangerous for your health since its hella toxic and has caused dozens of deaths e.g. zyzz, nigga was in sauna for 2 hours after taking DNP

Introduction
Well in this guide we will take a deep dive into 2,4-Dinitrophenol or you might know it as DNP. We will talk about its mechanism, common and rare sides and how to manage them, what to add for support and will provide a cycle for complete beginners, effective for getting lean and weight loss and we will know what to add with it for support.
I am pretty sure this will be the last thread you will ever need to read for planning your DNP cycle also for linking the references I have used numbers like (1), just click on them to be redirected to the source.

2,4-Dinitrophenol/DNP
It’s a yellow crystalline compound and historically used in explosives, dyes, pesticides, and wood preservatives. Well in WWI, muntions workers exposed to it showed hella weight loss and profuse sweat. In 1930s, researchers like maurice tainter at Stanford tested it for obesity or basically on obese fat chuds, leading to OTC sales. Up to 10k americans used it, with reported weight loss of 0.5-1.5 kg/week, but it caused cataracts, hyperthermia, and deaths, which made FDA ban it in 1938. It was some pretty popular shit between 1990s and 2000s.
(both of these in 20 days using DNP)
Mechanism
DNP acts as a protonophore mitochondrial uncoupler. It shuttles protons (H+) across the inner mitochondrial membrane, dissipating the electrochemical gradient required for ATP synthase to produce ATP. Well normally the electron transport chain or ETC builds this gradient for efficient ATP generation but with DNP, energy from substrate oxidation releases as heat (known as thermogenesis) instead, forcing the body to increase metabolism to compensate.
This uncouples oxidative phosphorylation and oxygen consumption rises, but ATP yield drops, leading to accelerated fat and carb burning. Also BMR or basal metabolic rate can increase 30-50%+ depending on dose. it spares muscle relatively well in deficits compared to pure caloric restriction.

common side effects and how to manage
These arsie from proton leak -> heat instead of ATP plus compensatory metabolism
1: profuse Sweating, heat Sensation, flushed Skin: here the energy dissipates as heat. feels like constant internal furnace with yellow tinged sweat (DNP excretion) ts leads to dehydration (1)
Management: Hydration/electrolytes/taurine/mag + cooling your ass nigga
2: Tachycardia (Elevated HR) & Rapid Breathing: ur body ramps oxygen use/HR to compensate for low ATP efficiency. resting HR can rise significantly and it feels like palpitations (2)
Management: Nebivolol + Telmisartan.
3: fatigue, lethargy, headache: ATP inefficiency drains energy and heat/oxidative stress adds fog (3)
Management: NAC + CoQ10 + Taurine + rest a LOT.
4: Yellow discoloration (Sweat/Urine): Harmless metabolite.
5: Insomnia/restlessness, mild nausea/rash: Heat disrupts sleep plus inflammatory/GI response (4)
Management: melatonin plus split doses.

serious side effects
they are possible and potentially fatal
1: Hyperthermia: Uncontrolled temp rise (>104°F) = protein damage, organ failure, seizures, coma etc (1)
Signs/Action: Stop if >102°F and do aggressive cooling. sumtimes dantrolene is also used.
2: metabolic acidosis and rhabdomyolysis: well shit like elevated lactate, rhabdomyolysis, and renal injury (2)
Management: Fluids/electrolytes or the fucking hospital son
2: Cataracts (Irreversible btw): Lens opacity from osmotic/oxidative damage.
action: daily vision check and post cycle eye exam. stop it if blur obv
3: Liver/kidney damage, cardiovascular collapse: ts can't be explained simpler jfl and just go the hospital
well the scary thing is that the damage can be silent/cumulative...

Beginner cycle
Well this is completely for beginners
DNP: 150mg/day and split 75mg into morning/evening.do this for 1-3 days or a few more and then you can max it up to 200mg if tolerated. this will provide a very noticeable fat loss (0.5-1+lbs per day is possible with deficit.)
Time/duration: 7-10 days on and then equal/longer off with full recovery , do NOT exceed 10 days on your first cycle.
Diet: should be high protein like 1.5 or 2g per lb, moderate carbs, moderate deficit and 6-8L water daily or even more
Training: light weights only plus no intense cardio.
Cooling: Room <68°F, fans, cold showers, ice packs on ur neck/groin/axilla daily. I'd sleep without a blanket tbh
well you can later up the doses after a few cycles of it and determine a perfect dose for yourself.

supports
Ty to iblamegear/amk-war for help with this part
1: 80mg Telmisartan: ARB for BP control against metabolic stress or heat induced hypertension also its organ protective.
2: 5mg Nebivolol: Beta blocker for HR or tachycardia blunting with vasodilating benefits.
3: Electrolytes + 3000mg Taurine: Potassium 4-6g+, magnesium, sodium. Taurine stabilizes heart rhythm and will counter oxidative stress.
4: 1200mg NAC: glutathione booster for ROS from uncoupling.
5: 250mg TUDCA: liver protection.
6: 200mg CoQ10 aka ubiquinol: mitochondrial antioxidant support.
7: 400mg Magnesium Glycinate: cramps/relaxation.
8: 200mg Melatonin: Sleep
9: 5000mg Fish Oil + 4000IU D3 + 180mcg K2: Inflammation/general health

how to know if you are getting damaged
Daily monitor oral/ear temp (stop if >102°F), HR, urine color, vision (blurriness = cataract flag), energy, confusion or vomiting. Mid cycle bloods: CBC, CMP (liver/kidney), CK, electrolytes, thyroid. Post-cycle full panel + eye exam. well some die days later so be careful
conclusion
Well DNP is one of the best fat/weight loss compounds there, and yeah, do not hope on it for more than a month, you are not a rocket lol. I hope you liked this, I didn't sleep tonight cuz I was working on this.
if there are any suggestions or question, don't mind asking/mentioning them to me.
THANKS.
