Orbicularis Oculi training

This was the bullshit being sent around by Oscar Patel a couple years ago but if you really look into it , it can be interesting

In this patient when botox was used to atrophy an overly hypertrophied orbicualris oculi we can see the profound effect on his lower eyelid
Instead if we hypertrophy this muscle as you would with any other it should theoretically tighten the eyelid then especially for those of us using AAS hard to say how much of this effect was due to actual muscle or rather habit (of him having overactivated his muscle) but even so could possibly train yourself to have a higher baseline activity here aka perma squint slightly

Would still be careful of inducing wrinkles whatnot , just something interesting to think about , might try myself consistently for a few months just because why not

Do you think introducing botox muscles in areas prone to wrinkles would mitigate any potential wrinkles caused by this so the only useful muscles would contract.

yes but also a good chance it would paralyse the areas you are trying to hypertrophy
