All of us want to debloat and I today have made a guide on how to do that and I've tried all of these and genuinely I've never debloated better and quicker.

THE ACTUAL NO COPE NATURAL METHODS YOU CAN TODAY

Understand Why bloating happens and what it is: Facial bloating is usually a sign of systemic water retention, poor lymphatic drainage, or gut inflammation. Fixing it = fixing internal dysfunction. There are natural and pharmaceutical methods you can use to debloat which I’ll go in detail in the guide, but for now what you should be prioritising is:

  1. Lower sodium, increase potassium.
  2. Hydrate properly.
Not just water. Add electrolytes or a pinch of salt + lemon for better cellular absorption (yes salt is not your enemy, it can actually debloat if used correctly; your body doesn’t retain water because of sodium, it retains water because your sodium-to-potassium ratio is off).
  3. Cut seed oils, processed sugar, dairy (if intolerant).
  4. Fix your gut.
Take digestive enzymes with meals. Try probiotic supplements (or kefir/sauerkraut). Remove gluten if it inflames you.
  5. Don’t eat late.
Stop eating 3–4 hours before sleep.
  6. Train + sweat regularly.
Helps flush retained water and toxins. Sauna works too.
  7. Get sun on your body for 20–30 minutes, 3–4 times a week.
  8. Lymphatic drainage massage.
  9. Magnesium citrate before bed helps digestion + deep sleep, both reduce puffiness.
  10. Introduce Anti-Bloat Enzymes into your system.
Like ox bile, lipase, HCl, bromelain (1 capsule each with your heaviest meal).
